Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 339(RES) "An Act relating to the management                    
and disposal of state land and resources; relating to certain remote           
parcel and homestead entry land purchase contracts and patents; and            
providing for an effective date" be taken up.

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 339(RES) was before the Senate on                       
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL                     
NO. 339(RES) "An Act relating to the management and disposal of                
state land and resources; relating to certain remote parcel and                
homestead entry land purchase contracts and patents; and providing             
for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the
